Selection Procedure

 Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview.
Merit list of the candidates for final selection will be prepared based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by the candidates in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview.


Personal Interview

For the 30 marks Interview, Bank will call candidates three times the number of vacancies. The candidates will be short-listed for the Interview on the basis of their TWSS. The Interview will be held at Jodhpur. Complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters and also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews
All short-listed candidates will be issued call letters. Candidates will have to fix their photograph on the call letter and bring it along with original fee payment receipt and photocopies as well as the originals of all the documents / relevant certificates while attending the Interview without which they will not be allowed to take up the Interview.
Appointment of selected candidates is subject to their being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank and to the Service & Conduct Rules of the Bank.
